OCCASION STAR® 200SC
With its wide range of systemic, contact, and gastrointestinal actions, OCCASION STAR® 200SC is a very adaptable insecticide. It works well against spider mites, thrips, and caterpillars on roses. It also takes care of fall armyworm in corn and sweet corn, thrips, and the diamondback moth in broccoli.
Features
Indoxacarb, an Oxadiazine insecticide, inhibits nerve sodium channels in the insect’s nervous system.
Emamectin benzoate, an Avermectin pesticide, affects the target pest’s neurotransmitters, disrupting nerve impulses.
Uses
- Apply OCCASION STAR® 200SC as a foliar spray to cereals, leafy vegetables, fruit vegetables, root/tuber vegetables, legumes, and ornamentals at the prescribed rate.
- Ensure crop foliage is fully covered for optimal effects. Apply as soon as there are signs of infestation or at the height of egg hatch, before the third instar larvae.
Application
- Mix the required amount of OCCASION STAR® 200SC with half the volume of water in the spray tank. Complete filling the tank with water and agitate thoroughly. Use the prepared spray mixture on the same day of preparation.
- OCCASION STAR® 200SC is generally compatible with commonly used pesticides and liquid fertilizers. However, conduct prior testing to ensure physical compatibility, effectiveness, and safety.
- When used as directed, OCCASION STAR® 200SC does not pose risks of phytotoxicity.
- Do not access treated areas during the 12-hour restricted-entry timeframe. If you need to
enter, use suitable safety clothing.
- Adhere to the recommended PHI of 14 days for maize and sweetcorn, and 3 days for broccoli.
Storage
- Store OCCASION STAR® 200SC in its original container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Ensure proper sealing of the container after each use and keep it out of reach of children and pets.
