Ortiva 250 SC
Ortiva 250 SC is a systemic fungicide formulated to control a broad spectrum of fungal diseases in various crops. It contains the active ingredient Azoxystrobin, present at a concentration of 250 grams per liter. This fungicide is known for its preventive and curative properties, providing effective control against a range of fungal pathogens.
Features
- Active Ingredient: Azoxystrobin (250 g/L).
- Formulation: Suspension concentrate (SC), ensuring easy mixing and application.
- Mode of Action: Azoxystrobin inhibits fungal respiration by blocking electron transport at the cytochrome bcl complex, leading to the death of fungal cells.
- Provides both preventive and curative action against fungal diseases.
- Broad Spectrum: Effective against a wide range of fungal diseases, including powdery mildew, downy mildew, early and late blight, rusts, and leaf spots.
- Systemic and Translaminar Activity: Absorbed by the plant and translocated upward and outward, providing internal and surface protection against fungal infections.
- Rainfastness: Once dried, it forms a protective barrier on the plant surface, resistant to washing off by rain.
Uses
