Ortiva Top is a broad-spectrum fungicide used for the control of various fungal diseases in a wide range of crops. It combines two active ingredients, Azoxystrobin and Difenoconazole, to provide both preventive and curative action against fungal pathogens. This dual-action formula makes Ortiva Top highly effective in managing diseases and promoting healthy plant growth.

• Mode of Action:
• Azoxystrobin: A systemic fungicide with translaminar and acropetal movement, it inhibits mitochondrial respiration in fungi, preventing energy production and leading to fungal death.
• Difenoconazole: A triazole fungicide that inhibits sterol biosynthesis in fungal cell membranes, disrupting cell growth and development.
• Broad Spectrum: Effective against a wide range of fungal diseases, including early blight, late blight, powdery mildew, downy mildew, rust, and leaf spots.
• Dual Action: Provides both preventive and curative control, protecting crops before and after infection.
• Rainfastness: Once absorbed, the product is resistant to being washed off by rain, ensuring continued protection.

Application

• Ensure the spraying equipment is clean and in good working condition.
• Shake the container well before use to ensure uniform dispersion of the suspension concentrate.
• Fill the spray tank with half the required amount of water.
• Add the recommended amount of Ortiva Top.
• Mix thoroughly, then add the remaining water while continuing to stir to ensure even distribution.
• The dosage varies depending on the crop and disease being treated. Generally, it ranges from 0.5 to 1.0 liter per hectare. Always refer to the product label for precise application rates.
• Apply using a sprayer that provides good coverage of the plant foliage.
• Ensure even coverage for effective disease control.
• Apply during the early stages of disease development for optimal results.
• Apply as a preventive treatment before symptoms appear or at the first signs of disease.
• Repeat applications at intervals specified on the label, typically every 7-14 days, depending on disease pressure and environmental conditions.
• Wear protective clothing, gloves, and eye protection when handling and applying the product.
• Avoid inhaling spray mist and ensure proper ventilation if applying in an enclosed area.
• Do not eat, drink, or smoke while handling the product.

Storage

• Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Keep the product in its original container, tightly closed when not in use.
• Store away from food, feed, and water sources.
• When stored under recommended conditions, Ortiva Top maintains its effectiveness for up to two years.
• Dispose of unused product and empty containers according to local regulations. Do not contaminate water sources with the product or its container.
