DEACON® 600WDG

DEACON® 600WDG combines two systemic herbicides, Diuron and Hexazinone, that interrupt important plant metabolic processes, being a phenyl urea herbicide and Hexazinone, respectively. Diuron hinders the Hill reaction during photosynthesis, preventing the synthesis of important high-energy molecules such as adenosine triphosphate (ATP) that are essential for multiple metabolic processes. In the meantime, Hexazinone disrupts the process of photosynthesis in plants that can be affected by it, causing a series of events that harm chloroplasts, cell membranes, and important molecules

Application

• Apply post-emergence at a rate of 2-3 kg/ha in 400 liters of water, or pre-emergence at 5-7.5 g per liter of water.
• Target application at the 3-5 leaves stage of weeds or 4-6 leaves stage of Sugarcane for optimal efficacy.
• Best results occur when applied just before weed growth begins.
• Apply DEACON® 600WDG before weed emergence (pre-emergence) or at the 3-5 leaves stage of weeds (post-emergence).
• Apply DEACON® 600WDG by directly spraying onto weeds using a minimum of 400 liters of water per hectare. Ensure soil moisture at the time of application and remove any debris.

Uses

• Avoid spraying DEACON® 600WDG over sugarcane to prevent crop injury. Do not apply to young plant cane or in waterlogged areas.
• Fill the spray tank halfway with the required water volume. Add the appropriate amount of DEACON® 600WDG and complete filling with water. Agitate thoroughly for even mixing and apply the spray mixture on the same day.
• Do not mix DEACON® 600WDG with other chemical remedies unless their effects on sugarcane or the target area have been confirmed.
• Do not enter treated areas until spray deposits are completely dry. If entry is necessary, wear protective clothing.

• Store DEACON® 600WDG in its original container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Ensure proper sealing of the container after each use and keep it out of reach of children and pets.
