Victory 72 WP is a wettable powder fungicide formulated to effectively control early and late blight, downy mildew, and to suppress diseases like leak and pink rot in various vegetables. It combines the active ingredients Metalaxyl (80g/Kg) and Mancozeb (640g/Kg) to provide systemic and curative action against targeted fungal pathogens.

Features

• Targets a range of fungal diseases including Downy Mildew, Late Blight (Phytophthora infestans), and root rots caused by Phytophthora and Pythium species. It also suppresses diseases such as leak and pink rot, ensuring comprehensive disease management in vegetables.
• Contains Metalaxyl, which acts systemically to inhibit fungal growth within the plant, and Mancozeb, which acts protectively on the plant surface to prevent fungal spore germination and further infection.
• Suitable for both foliar application and soil drenching methods. This flexibility allows growers to choose the application method that best fits their crop management practices and disease severity.

Application

• Apply at a rate of 2.5 kg per hectare to treat soil-borne pathogens effectively.
• Mix 250 grams per 100 liters of water for thorough coverage of plant foliage, ensuring protection against airborne fungal diseases.
• Use standard spraying equipment to ensure even coverage of plant surfaces, including the undersides of leaves where fungal spores often settle.
• Apply directly to the soil around the plant roots to target soil-borne pathogens and provide systemic protection to the plant.

Storage

• Keep it in its original tightly sealed container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Proper storage conditions maintain product efficacy and extend shelf life.
• Ensure containers are sealed correctly between uses to prevent contamination and maintain product quality. Store away from food, feed, and other agricultural chemicals.
• Wear appropriate protective clothing, gloves, goggles, and a mask during handling and application to minimize exposure to the fungicide.
